If you have received your order from thespringstory.com and wish to return it for any reason, you are welcome to do so within 10 days of the delivery date. Here are the key details for returning your purchase:
Full Refund of product :
- Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original packaging with the invoice included.
- Refund: You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) to the original method of payment. If it is a COD (cash on delivery) order the refund can be done through bank transfer or UPI.
- Process: An email will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. This email will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed after deducting INR 300 for to and fro shipping and handling charges.
- Credit: The refund amount will be credited to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

- Processing Time: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer.
- Delays: If the refund has not been posted after 10 days, please contact us at support@thespringstory.com. We will work with the bank/payment gateway to resolve the issue.

The Spring Story stands behind the quality of our product and we offer full refund (Including Shipping & Handling) in the following cases
- Product received is damaged/defective
- Package not received by customer due to visible package damage.
To facilitate returns and full refund, please provide A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel. Without this video, we will be unable to process your request.
